Marvin was very good. However, communication with him was very difficult. First, his name was not on the option for the service advisor list when I tried to call the offic However, communication with him was very difficult. First, his name was not on the option for the service advisor list when I tried to call the office number. Second, every time I called or text him on his number written in his card, I don't receive any call or replied on time. Having said that, since it's my first time in your car service center it's not fair to judge your service in general. I just based it in my experienced as a first timer. More
