I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy Cesena, and who greeted me when I walked in the door, was friendly and efficient on both ends of our transaction, and took good care of me from start to finish. Mr. Cesena was attentive to my questions, took careful notes of my concerns, and personally insured the excellence of every aspect of our transaction. When I picked up my truck, Mr. Cesena expedited my truck being brought to the front, without any hassles or difficulties. My service included a diesel oil change, and 22,500 mile service… Which also includes an oil change. It might sound like a small thing, but Jeremy made sure I was only build wants for the oil change. Kindness, friendly service, and attention to little details like this. Make all the difference. No one particularly enjoys getting service on their vehicle, but Jeremy Cesena and the entire team at Sierra, Chevrolet service department, go out of their way to make it as seamless as possible. The service manager, Terry even came out when I picked up my truck, introduced himself, shook my hand, thanked me for coming in, and we made small talk about our summer vacation plans.
