Billy, has wonderful customer service. His communication and honesty is excellent. After service, it turns out some clips were not fully snapped in on my undercarriage and it started to dr His communication and honesty is excellent. After service, it turns out some clips were not fully snapped in on my undercarriage and it started to drag. I text Billy and he told to me to bring it in and within 30 mins it was fixed and I was out the door free of charge. My only complaint is that that with dropping that much money, they could have washed my car :) More

The wait process for dropping off was extremely long. I waited in my car for 30 minutes before the service technician was able to check my vehicle in for service. It seemed like Billie was the techni I waited in my car for 30 minutes before the service technician was able to check my vehicle in for service. It seemed like Billie was the technician that was checking in most of the vehicles in the que. Your service process should allow other technicians to check in vehicles if Billie is busy with other customers. More
