I cant say enough about Service Writer Tina at Sierra Honda of Monrovia. Its hard to find good customer service these days, especially in todays time. This is my second car purchase at Sierra Honda of Monrovia and their team is always ready to shine! I had been speaking to one salesperson by phone, however, he was not there when I arrived. I spoke to the receptionist, Karen Goodwin, about this concern and Karen was able herself to help me lease my new CRV! Karen seemed fully knowledgeable regarding the whole process. In fact, when I went to see the Financial Manager that was a woman as well, Isis Guerrero. This was a welcome change for me, as an Board Member of the American Association of University Women, to be doing business with other women in the automobile field. What a welcome concept! Also, the experience ended with a fun touch. I was given a series of photos set to music of myself and my new car! Unfortunately, the photos refused to progress once I got the email at home, after viewing only once. I wonder if you could do the favor of resending that litle photo show to me at: rbngraney@aol.com?
