When I set out looking to purchase a new CR-V Hybrid, I contacted nearly 10 dealerships in my area to ask about pricing and inventory. When I finally was able to pry pricing info from the other dealerships, none were able to beat Sierra. What impressed me most about Karen and Sierra, was that they never once wasted my time and were straightforward with me from the very first email. This is my second time buying at Sierra Honda,. My first one was a used 2000 CRV which I had for about 17 years. This time, I went to accompany my cousin who was looking for a car. We met Saul Gaitan who is an excellent sales representative, very helpful, knowledgeable, and explains you in detail not only the features of a specific car, but also the differences between leasing and buying a car, price details, etc. and helps you to find the car of your dreams. I mentioned to Saul that I was planning to trade in my 2019 HRV, but until October, and that I will get a new HRV in white. He started informing us of the advantage of trading in at the present moment since my cousin wanted to trade in her car, and I became interested. Three days later, he called my cousin to let her know that Sierra Honda just got a fleet of new 2024 HRVs with the color she wanted, and that they also had a white one. That day, I went from my worksite directly to the dealer, and my cousin got there too, and we ended up getting a HRV each. I got my beautiful white HRV and I’m very happy with it!
