I own 2 Hondas and I have been coming to Sierra Honda for years. 3 weeks ago, I took the accord for oil change and a week later, I checked the oil level as always do, it looked to be overfilled about a quart years. 3 weeks ago, I took the accord for oil change and a week later, I checked the oil level as always do, it looked to be overfilled about a quart or 2 so I took it back to have them check the level to see if I am reading it wrong. I talked to Robert , the same advisor that did the oil change. This exactly what he said after I told him my concern with a sarcastic tone, “SO what do you want me to do about it”. I think he needs to go back to school for English 101 and etiquette course. More
