Came in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2009 Accord because online they had a coupon for $86.88. When I got there, I was informed that the coupon is for regular oil and synthetic is $25 more. Accord because online they had a coupon for $86.88. When I got there, I was informed that the coupon is for regular oil and synthetic is $25 more. They don't even stock regular oil. So the coupon was a bait and switch tactic to bring in customers with older vehicles to upsell them on a switch to synthetic oil. I'm giving 2 stars because service advisor Kevin was honest and efficient to work with. More
Showed up for an appointment at 10:30 AM, and my car didn’t even get serviced until 2:45. At that point I just basically had a walk in. Car wasn’t even done until 4:30. Kevin is always excellent. It’s why we ask for him. What I don’t like is how Sierra Honda is now charging 3% on credit card charges. That’s why Sierra only gets a 4 star but It’s why we ask for him.
