*Shady, Unreliable, and Dishonest** We contacted Sierra Subaru of Monrovia because we were interested in one of their cars. We made an offer, they accepted and we moved forward with the financing. Their service manager Andrew was completely incompetent and unable to return a phone call or close the deal on the car. I took multiple hits on my credit, sent them all my paperwork and they started to become shady about the car, coming up with excuses about the DMV and Financing although I have stellar credit and secured a loan through my bank. This is by far one of the most dishonest dealerships my family has ever dealt with and I DON’T RECOMMEND doing business with them! I have texts, emails, voicemails, etc about how we closed the deal but they never sent the paperwork and then all of a sudden stopped returning our calls. We finally found out from the online service manager that they sold the car to someone else after we had already secured financing and verbally agreed on a price. Completely incapable of selling a car. Some of the most corrupt, double-dealing, fraudulent people we have ever dealt with. Walk away if you can! Don’t work with these people! More

Our buying experience at Sierra Subaru was awesome! Our sales rep Paul Chau was very attentive to what were we’re looking in the Forrester model. Although they did not have in stock the specific color Our sales rep Paul Chau was very attentive to what were we’re looking in the Forrester model. Although they did not have in stock the specific color that we wanted he was ready to assist with the order process and did not try to sway or pressure us to get an another Forrester. However, by chance they did have a Forrester Touring model that had the desired interior and safety features we prioritized. Knowing that the color of the vehicle was not our 1st choice, they were very open to working out a deal and be very fair on our trade-in. Throughout the entire process we never felt pressured, We luv our new Forrester and highly recommend Sierra Subaru! To Paul, Brandon & Tonya, thank you for a great car buying experience!
