She's very sincere, funny, very thoughtful and straighforward. Finance processing with David Truong was easy, quick, informative, and stress free. We've tried other dealerships like Glendale Subaru and Irvine Subaru. They DON'T CARE as much as the folks here. I didn't feel welcome and taken seriously at Irvine. The Internet Service Manager at Irvine made me feel like I was wasting his time even though I drove over an hour to negotiate a sale. Don't waste time with other Subaru dealerships. Just see Sierra Subaru of Monrovia and ask for Stacy. She and her manager will help you find the car, model, color, options and the price you want even if they don't have it on the lot but also do your homework to get the deal you are looking for. More

Had a great experience at Sierra Subaru. James was very accommodating from the beginning and got me the best price right off the bat. When we arrived we found him quickly and he was very helpful since we h accommodating from the beginning and got me the best price right off the bat. Stacie was walking by and suggested we go to the service department but wasn't able to right then due to James and my wife being on a test drive. We were able to go the service department which was a relief since we had our newborn with us. When we got to finance Leo was very helpful and willing to work with us on the pricing.
