Best buying experience EVER!! I was always told to never buy in a small town and that the best deals were in the big cities. We were looking for a minivan and noticed that Sierra I was always told to never buy in a small town and that the best deals were in the big cities. We were looking for a minivan and noticed that Sierra Toyota had a used Odyssey for sale at a great price. When I called to see what color the interior was. Marvin did not know the answer but wrote down my phone number and said he would call me back. I expected to be called later that night or the following day but within 5 minutes I heard my phone ring. I’ve never experienced that type of service before. We talked for a bit and then I told him that my wife was working but I’d like to come in and see the van with my kids. The next day we went to the dealership and it went really smooth, I never felt pressured. When Marvin didn’t know an answer to a question, he was honest and told me that he would find out. He never guessed or assumed he would politely say, “I don’t know, but I’ll find out.” A short time later I’d get a call with my answer. The following day, we went back as a family and looked over the minivan again feeling no pressure, never being told that we better buy today, or that we better buy it before that other family comes and takes it from us (a sales tactic I’ve had used on me before). With our schedule we had to wait another two days before actually sitting down and attempting to buy. We loved the minivan and when it was time to negotiate the price I expected it to be a typical back and forth, “I have to ask my boss” -gone for 10 minutes routine. At Sierra Toyota it was nothing like that. I did my research and saw online what other people across the country were playing for the same make and model. I gave Marvin a price that I thought was fair, he left, came back within a minute. I expected to hear him say no, but Marvin said the van was ours and we all shook hands (including the kids). When it came to financing, I hand gone through my credit union and knew what interest rate they would give me. Sierra Toyota ran my credit and gave me a higher interest rate. When I asked Marvin if Toyota could meet or beat that rate, he politely said no, and that I should go with my bank. I can’t stress enough how welcomed and how amazing it felt being told the truth throughout the whole buying expierence. From start to finish, Marvin and Sierra Toyota was honest, straight forward and never played any games with my family and I. I’ve never had a better buying experience then at Sierra Toyota. Everything went so smooth, I never felt pressured and I can honestly say that I’ll buy from them again. More

Buying experience Great salesperson- Ali Bailey. She showed us the type of car we wanted and asked if we were interested In a new Camry since there no used ones on the Great salesperson- Ali Bailey. She then showed us the Buick Verano. I fell in love with it. My husband and I did discuss if we wanted to wait for a used Camry to come in. Of course we said no. We took the Verano. Ali never pressured us to make a decision or tried to push us to buy “more car” than we could afford. She was very knowledgeable about the different car models and with the info she gave us we were able to make an informed decision. As if this was not enough we got a great deal as well!!! More
