The technology has changed dramatically since 2002, and Marvin took the time to explain the dashboard, the safety features, and the locking technology to my satisfaction. As good as our 2009 RAV4 is, the improvements in the 2018 model are dramatic. Mark's attention to detail in preparing the car for us is very much appreciated. That is not a usual feeling I have when talking to a car dealer, so I must say the atmosphere and attitudes of everyone was very refreshing. Marvin was willing to take the car to my wife for her to test drive and then work late for us to be able to do the paperwork, well passed business hours. The dealership is clean, the people working there are polite and everything went as it should. I would suggest that if you live in the area and are looking for a Toyota or a used car, that you do not pass up Sierra Toyota. More
