As I walk into a car dealership I have this feeling that I need to be ready to jump up and down just to get them to listen to my requests and interests. I don't care what you have to offer I already know wh I need to be ready to jump up and down just to get them to listen to my requests and interests. Talking and dealing with Mr. Vock was a very pleasant and educational experience. He heard my concerns and best of all what I wasn't looking for. His customer service skills are exceptional and the knowledge of all the vehicles we tried was extreme. He immediately had my best interest for the type of vehicle I was looking for. I felt that Carlos was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in but I was not as happy with the dealership.
