Mr. Johnson, As mentioned in response to your Google Review. Toyota's Manufacturer Warranty on shocks absorbers is 3 years or 36K Miles from date of purchase of the vehicle, which your vehicle has exceeded. You may have correct information on a private individual who purchased Bilstein shocks directly from a vendor and installed them, but Bilstein clearly limits Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) as outlined in their Policies and Procedures: https://www.bilstein.com/us/en/blog/understanding-bilstein-warranty-procedures-policy/ I would appreciate if you removed your incorrect review on this platform and Google insinuating we are practicing unethical business practices once you have confirmed.
