Super pleasant and what was asked. I asked them to check the fuel pump and they did. Umberto suggested a new air filter and I said absolutely. Then he said the battery was not showing correct charge and i the fuel pump and they did. Umberto suggested a new air filter and I said absolutely. Then he said the battery was not showing correct charge and it was under warranty so that was replaced. The only thing that would have made it even better was an outside car wash 😉 More

Today is Sunday 11/8/20 I dropped my truck off last Sunday, and was told the work that needed to be done to it would be completed in 3 days (Wednesday.) The work was not completed until Thursday around Sunday, and was told the work that needed to be done to it would be completed in 3 days (Wednesday.) The work was not completed until Thursday around 4pm. No big deal, the work I should mention, was a timing chain cover gasket failure, (covered under warranty.) I drove the truck home and parked it. Today I used my truck for the first time since then to continue my deer hunt because my buddy had church today, and he was driving the last couple days. @430am I'm heading down highway 82 and my truck starts overheating, I immediately pull over, and discovered the return coolant hose HAD NOT been clamped on and came off. After paying someone to tow it in, and replacing all my coolant. I was able to fix the problem myself. This is the second time this dealership has been complaisant with my vehicle that I bought new from them. More
