As replacement parts were installed and others that weren't on hand were ordered, we received daily updates that kept us informed of the status of repairs. While no one relishes having to deal with a disabled vehicle, the Sierra Vista Toyota Dealership/Service Center did an Excellent job of getting the vehicle that we'd bought new there a few years ago safely back on the road and made it an, over all, very positive experience.
