Rude service advisor who talked distrespectful to me. Came in 4 routine oil change. After oil change & got home found leaking oil all over garage floor! Brought back in again & was assured I did not need a new oil pan & tech drove it & would not leak again. This was a Saturday. Sun morn more oil on garage floor! Monday brought back in & now was told needed a new oil pan! Mr Pena then talked down to me. He should NEVER have a position where he interfaces with customers. I promise u, I will never buy a car there again nor will I be back in ur service department again! Mr Pena does not deserve any rating from me as I could not rate him low enough. He is on a fast track to ruining what was once a top notch dealership! More
