Have been a Customer of and Highly recommended Sierra Toyota, in the past. However, during this last visit for a Radiator and Thermostat replacement, I can not and will not remain so favorable. REASON: Albeit, my vehicle is not a newer model, I have noticed the Paint Scraping damage to my Grill and Bumper area! The Repair Tech, obviously didn’t Care/Take Precautions to protect Customers property. At this point, after over 15 Years of Trusted Service, my Rating/Impression, has fallen from the Top ‘5’ or ‘10’ Ratings (whichever scale is used), to a ‘3’ or ‘7’, no longer the’5’ or ‘10’, previously given.
