Wow! Quick and pleasant Mazda purchase We had done our research and spoken with several other Mazda dealers in the area before contacting Sill Terhar. We were in search of a dealer who made We had done our research and spoken with several other Mazda dealers in the area before contacting Sill Terhar. We were in search of a dealer who made things easy to understand and offered transparency with their quotes. We requested a quote on a CX-5 Grand Touring base model via their website late in the afternoon and Bill Zimmerer responded promptly with a straightforward quote on a few of the cars he had to offer, and continued the rest of the negotiations with the same prompt and honest approach. So refreshing! He didn't have exactly what we wanted for the interior color, but was able to locate one at another dealer. Within one day we were driving off their lot in the EXACT car we wanted, for the price, APR and trade we wanted. That NEVER happens! No shell game of hidden numbers and hard sell tactics forcing sacrifices for every inch of perceived ground gained in the negotiations. Kelly Frank, the finance and sales manager was impeccably professional, while keeping the transaction fun and quick. Both Bill and Kelly showed us why this dealership is a class act from top to bottom. Bill spent a significant amount of time giving a very thorough tutorial inside the car itself. My previous car was 10 years old, and technology has changed significantly since then, so I really appreciated the attention to detail here. If you're looking for a dealership steeped in integrity, Sill Terhar is it. I would highly recommend them if you're in the market for a Mazda vehicle. I wish I had more cars to buy because it truly was the most pleasant car buying experience to date. More

We are very pleased with our purchase and the whole experience. Tony in fiancé was also great and sold us the extended warranty that we needed and not one that had bells and whistles we didn't need. Chris Hay was excellent, he knows his cars. He showed us all the options in our price range. I'm not a fan of car shopping because its such a big decision I get nervous, but Chris was great, easy to talk to and very funny, He had answers for all my questions. Next time one of my friends or family in that area needs a car I'm definitely recommending him and Still-TerHar. Thanks Chris! (love my new ride) More
Poor customer service and treatment My experience. Was not good you would think if someone wanted to by a car let alone a Lamborghini. You wouldn't have to repeatedly. I had to call five different times was told only one salesperson that could help me. But when I called back again. I was put through to someone and they answered phone didn't say a word except went back to personal phone call on cell phone. I the proceeded to ask gorgeous a manager. The sales manager nate Millar said he was that as well I asked if he was the one that decided on all things trades. Price and everything. He responded in a very rude tone. That he was it. After I got more agitated about having to take so much time to try to get information and asked for gm did nate change how he talked. A few minutes later I was called back by a sale manager or person. He blew past my concerns and didn't try to resolve the situation. Seemed more like wanted to get me off phone. He then began to tell me inventory. Which the had 2 new 1 used. That owner drove has 1100 miles if you were to price this car across country. They are overpriced by 35 k on car when you compare to other Lamborghini dealers. Everyone has the right to sell for what they want. But wow threat people with respect. They probably thought I don't have the money or credit for purchase. More

One fairly recent trip to the service department was a complete bust. Three issues were to be addressed. None got fixed and the bill came to over $400. If not for the service department, I'd have given a 5 star rating. More
