No high-pressure sales tactics or other slimy dealer conversations, just honest answers to my questions. I visited several dealers during my search and no one made me feel more comfortable, respected and valued than Ralph and the team at Sill-Terhar. After spending 4 hours at another dealership who only wanted to rip me off, walking into this dealership was a breath of fresh air. It was clean and professional in appearance. My young son was with me and he was offered a drink and shown the play area. Shane, Chris and Tony took care of me quickly and treated me with respect and courtesy. The deal was done quickly and efficiently. As it should have been. And even tho I came in late, they all stayed to finish the deal. I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience and that they wanted to go home. I was in and out in under 3 hours...with having a trade, a test drive of my new vehicle and delivery. FANTASTIC! The professionalism of these three gentlemen has changed my view of car salesmen(women) from this point on. I will be recommending Sill-Terhar to everyone who asks...and even those who don't! I wish I had read the article about misleading practices in financing before we had. In trying to get refinancing for our auto loan we found out that we owe $3k more than the vehicle is worth. Didn't realize that we financed the Warranty, gap insurance and taxes as well. This is where they make their money. We are paying 29% on the existing loan with no easy way to refinance it. More
Quick and simple Mark is the man. I wasn't sure if I could get into a new vehicle, and he did everything in his power to make it happen. I needed an SUV. I told him my Mark is the man. He showed me every single one they had on the computer, then all the ones I were interested in, he would valet them and have me drive each one. I test drove 4 different ones before I made my selection, each one being valet'd to me! It took a total of 20 minutes after I decided which Escape to take home to complete the paperwork. Brilliant, Mark deserves huge recognition and everyone else on his team. Chris Shultz in Quick Lane referred me to Mark, kudos to him. Way to go, Ford customer for life through Mark! More

I am a technical person and was impressed by Mark's depth of knowledge about all aspects of the vehicle right down to the new operating system used in the 2016's infotainment system. Mark was very personable and easy to work with. I felt no high pressure from him and after a test drive and disucssion of finance options, I was ready to place an order. This has been my best new car buying experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Mark or this dealership. More
