In my experience Brent Hight is a different kind of car salesman. He is very easy and enjoyable to deal with and honestly created the impression that his number one concern was to get Beth and I into the salesman. He gave us his full attention and listened to our questions and concerns and then took us for several test drives. We signed a deal to take a wonderful C-Max Energi. Our impressions were confirmed a couple of days later when we came in to take delivery on the vehicle, but wanted to tweak a couple of the terms on the our agreement. Brent never questioned our motives, but immediately advocated for our request because he wanted us to be fully satisfied. He then spent an extensive amount of time instructing us on the features and technology of our new C-Max. We drove away IN our C-Max knowing that we would come back to Brent and SillTerhar when it is time for our next new car purchase. More

When my daughter was back from college we made a spur of the moment decision to call Jeff saying we were on our way to come see him! Jeff took my call but happened to be taking a rare day off. He stopped what we was doing, made a call, and called me back in 5 minutes. He told me Greg would have some vehicles ready to drive when we got there. Greg went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed and our questions answered. The next morning we made our decision and worked with Jeff and Greg on pricing and came to a very fair number. The financing process was very straight forward. What I really appreciated was the way the guys at Sill-Terhar made sure to include my daughter in the process; taking their time to explain what was going on. The entire process took no more than a few hours. Jeff has followed up multiple time with my daughter since the purchase. We will be going back to Sill-Terhar for our next vehicle. Kurt Bingham More

Very easy going experience. I really enjoyed dealing with Brent Hight. He was down to earth and not real pushy. He even gave me lunch while I was there.
