Horrible! A deal was reached and agreed upon on Saturday. We were doing a secured loan through our Credit Union, which was closed at the time. We told our salesperson that we would get the loan on Monday and We were doing a secured loan through our Credit Union, which was closed at the time. We told our salesperson that we would get the loan on Monday and purchase the vehicle. Monday morning we told the salesperson we were at the bank getting the cashiers check and was on our way. Ten minutes away from arriving, they call to say they just sold it. We had an agreement and they broke it. The salesperson said it was out of her hands that the manager did it...I’m sure for a bigger profit. Do not trust! More
