Oil and Filter Change It was time for a oil change the mechanic changed oil and filter, checked the other fluids added washer fluid, , and rotated the tires.. Great service department that does what it is supposed to do. They schedule a time for me to arrive for an oil change and I’m in & out in less than an hour. They also check other items under the hood and no do. They schedule a time for me to arrive for an oil change and I’m in & out in less than an hour. They also check other items under the hood and notify me when it’s time to change out a cabin or air filter. Very organized, pleasant & knowledgeable. They take the time to patiently answer my questions which I appreciate. Jessie & Amanda work in the office scheduling appointments and explaining the cost. They are both very nice and professional. This will be the only dealership that will service my 2016 Tundra. The service manager, Jim Shirley, keeps the service department running smoothly. His years “in the business” really highlight his vast knowledge of Toyotas and how to run an efficient service department with complete transparency. Plus, he’s just a really nice guy! More
