My service took to long and I had an appointment. I thought when have an appointment it cut the time you not having to for the next available spot? Don't make appointment and customer on time to ask customer to reschedule because there is 2 customers ahead of you once you inquire why your truck hasnt moved since you drove up at appointment time. customer to reschedule because there is 2 customers ahead of you once you inquire why your truck hasnt moved since you drove up at appointment time.
