Didn't end up buying a car, but highly recommend After two really bad experiences with nearby dealerships, I was so glad to be treated like an actual person at Silver Star. I checked their website as I happened to drive by, and it turned out they had a C43 AMG in stock, which was the exact model I'm looking for. I popped in without an appointment, and the front desk person very politely explained that it might be a little wait because of that. No worries - totally understandable! After a short wait, Jackie Chait was my salesperson, and she could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Asked about my family, my life, etc. Got to know me a little bit. She showed me the car and was able to organize a last-minute test drive. I guess it's not a simple process when you don't have an appointment during a pandemic :) I didn't end up buying the vehicle because I liked another make & model better, but Jackie was super nice and professional the whole time. I felt like I would have been in good hands had I actually wanted to buy it. My only suggestion would be to allow longer test drives. I was only allowed to drive the car for about 5 minutes, which wasn't nearly enough time to get a good feel for it. More
