Carlos then suggested different vehicles with various features, considering the price range we were looking for. At no point did Carlos pressure us into spending more for a vehicle that he suggested. Actually, Carlos, with the approval of sales manager Christian Charvet, was able to get us a vehicle with many more features than what we were looking for, at the same price as our budget. This was a great savings on our part. We are very thankful to Carlos and Christian, and not forgetting Silver Star Motors, for that good gesture. Additionally, Carlos is very knowledgeable in the various features of the vehicle we purchased. He explained everything in detail about the features and the different options, and the different prices. This made it easier for us to decide on what vehicle we wanted.
