Got it done Most dodge service departments are awful and they don’t keep common parts in stock. A simple ignition change takes a week to get the part and install Most dodge service departments are awful and they don’t keep common parts in stock. A simple ignition change takes a week to get the part and install it. you then have to pay for a rental. I wish they would just stick parts like they should. Our service rep however was great to deal with and he hunted down our part and installed same day after returning for it. More

Terrible Service Center We purchased our 2013 Challanger new from Simi Dodge, the sales staff was very helpful. But the service department is the worst, they are not friendly We purchased our 2013 Challanger new from Simi Dodge, the sales staff was very helpful. But the service department is the worst, they are not friendly to deal with and make excusses for their mistakes. We are making the last payment on the Challanger today and we are now going to purchase another new car, but we are being forced to leave Simi to purchase our next car, since we will never deal with Simi Dodge's service department. Long, 6 hours. But of course, that is to be expected. Was very disappointed to find out that there was NO A/C in back of SUV.
