Besides the quality service and the dedication to fixing any past or existing problems with my Jeep, Jeff would go a great distance to ensure that all my questions and concerns are addressed in detail, that any past or existing problems with my Jeep, Jeff would go a great distance to ensure that all my questions and concerns are addressed in detail, that I understand everything that has been done or needs to be done to the Jeep. I was so pleased when I took my Chrysler 300 in for a brake inspection. My brakes had been squealing but I had not noticed the noise on this very rainy day. I knew that my car was overdue for other servi brake inspection. My brakes had been squealing but I had not noticed the noise on this very rainy day. I knew that my car was overdue for other services but had delayed bringing it in because I didn't want to have to be without a car. Robert Billig explained to me that he would provide me with a free rental car. I left and ran some errands and it was ready even before they promised it. He explained that the brakes were fine (just some glaze build-up) and other maintenance services were completed along with an oil change. Robert and the other gentlemen in the office provided excellent and friendly customer service including Armando who drove me to Enterprise to pick up the loaner car. I will recommend Kirby to all my friends. More

I couldnt be happier with my 2012 Dodge Durango that I purchased a few months ago. I took it into the service department a couple of days ago and found out there was a coolant leak. Omg! I though, this is purchased a few months ago. I took it into the service department a couple of days ago and found out there was a coolant leak. Omg! I though, this is a new truck. Jeff Hightower was very informative and assuring. They had all the parts needed and I was on my way. Another happy customer, thank you again for everything. I have to thank Arnold the driver who took me home and picked me back up to take me back to get my truck. He was very sweet and the conversation was nice. Making the overall experience even more satisfying. More
