The main reason I scheduled an appointment was to help figure out why my car is constantly losing oil. My service rep (Manish) insisted that doing an engine flush would fix the issue after I consistently figure out why my car is constantly losing oil. My service rep (Manish) insisted that doing an engine flush would fix the issue after I consistently asked if I should wait until the multi point inspection is completed. Though I truly enjoyed how the service tech provides a video of the service recommendations, my car's oil dipstick literally showed no oil after putting less then 800 miles into my car. I genuinely feel that the service rep ripped me off for a service that was not needed and lost trust with this dealership, which I've been taking my car too for many years. More
