Fantastic experience, I was in and out in under 2 hours - including a test drive and completing the purchase. You staff (Robert & Carlos) was very patient dealing with a noise coming from my vehicle that was difficult to hear as the sound was intermittent. Carlos inspected my truck and discovered that the issue was a noise coming from my vehicle that was difficult to hear as the sound was intermittent. We worked with Steven Rivera who was so helpful and knowledgeable. We drove 2 hours to see the car and although I didn't ask, he sent a video to show me further detail on the car. He explained everything as we went through the car and the paperwork. He also spoke highly of the dealership and his coworkers. The Highlander is beautiful and so far we are very happy with it.
