The Good: Jared was easy to work with. No complaints. Dealership was clean and nice environment. The Bad: Advertised Price is not what was offered when I wanted to purchase because deal No complaints. Dealership was clean and nice environment. The Bad: Advertised Price is not what was offered when I wanted to purchase because dealer adds in 'Mandatory' First Aid kit and Roadside kit for $500 which you can easily buy on Amazon for $30 even though I didn't need or want. THIS SHOULD BE OPTIONAL! We couldn't take delivery of the car the same day we purchased it because the window part hadn't arrived for a repair that was needed. I also noticed a large oil spill all over the engine which made me think it was a leak, so they agreed to recheck. Got a call the next day from Jared saying they had ordered the wrong part to fix the window and that I'd have to wait two more days. Most frustrating: Had to wait over 1.5 hrs for financing manager even though I was paying cash! Then upon pickup when car was finally ready, had to wait another hour just to sign one sheet of paper and pay. Why make your customers wait this long? Hire more financing managers during peak hours. More

They have no clue what they are doing. They said one thing and do something else . They kept running people credit knowing they are not qualify to begin with. I will happily drive 40 mins for service and future purchases. Jared helped me with my purchase and made the entire process seem easy peasy. I’ve purchased a few cars now and this time was memorable to say the least. The next day…. My bf went back and bought himself a used car to replace his old tired commuter car.
