Reason for the 4 stars is the car is literally in my name but you guys have it in my husband’s first name and my middle and last name…service,..was way better this time. Everyone is very nice and friendly, t but you guys have it in my husband’s first name and my middle and last name…service,..was way better this time. Everyone is very nice and friendly, that’s never been an issue, but the wait time is well, not so nice. This time it was a lot better. We did ask upfront how long maybe that helped. Took 1 1/2 hours for oil change. Last time was over 3 hours for oil change and rotate tires. More

The sales manager worked well with all offers and did not hide anything. Normal dealer stuff goes on, but in all, everyone was respectful and kept their word.
