I came in today to get an oil changed at 7:30 this morning I got my car back at 5:30 tonight. They had stripped out my oil plug and had to order it from Volkswagen. The first time I called the driver morning I got my car back at 5:30 tonight. They had stripped out my oil plug and had to order it from Volkswagen. The first time I called the driver forgot to pick up the part. I told the kid that was a lame excuse. When I came in to get my car he told me that the Volkswagen dealership delivered the part to the wrong Toyota I told him that was a really bad excuse. Because I knew the Volkswagen service manager and that I would be calling him. 10 hours I waited to get my wife’s car back then they had the nerve to charge $9.95 for the part that they stripped. Then I told the kid that I called that he didn’t even have the courtesy of calling me and let me know it was going on so I had to call them and get the information. Really frustrated. More
