We being customer many many years we owned two car we bought from Toyota we like Toyota dealer Mark use to work for Toyota he retired a while ago. Lately whom ever works on our car wether Hyundai or Toyo bought from Toyota we like Toyota dealer Mark use to work for Toyota he retired a while ago. Lately whom ever works on our car wether Hyundai or Toyota Camry something they’re not completed when I picked my car up the Hyundai the glove compartment closed but when I try to opened the hall thing came down I'm ending taking back they need check the car before customers pick up. Another problem it’s oil change they forget to forget to change the sticker for the next oil change i thought about changing dealer I do like Simi Valley Toyota because I leave in . The environment is super friendly here, everyone was smiling and looked happy to be there and everyone I interacted with was super friendly, helpful and positive. Though I do feel like I need to single someone out to pay them their dues. I can honestly say, JB was the sole reason I chose to buy my car here. I took my time with shopping around, and when I was speaking with multiple dealers, JB was the one to stand out. he was super personable, friendly, helpful, caring and engaging, to the point that after a while, I didn't care about the nickel and dimes, and I wanted to buy my car from JB and shake his hand. Thank you again, JB, I absolutely love the car. Now this is the kind of people that work here. I also took a test drive and chatted with Rigo, he was just a cool guy, thank you man.
