Had a simple tire rotation service. Wheel lock key "went missing". Very dishonest service advisor. I brought my car in to drop it off for service the following day. Three guys were sitting there not helping anyone. They said that I needed to wait for the person that would take care of my paperwork following day. Three guys were sitting there not helping anyone. Is there a reason one of the three other people could not have helped us that were waiting? More
