Nick, I just edited the review and deleted references to a "lie" as that is perhaps a bit strong - even though I didn't word the original review to call your guys liars... its just strong wording nevertheless. I also added a note that it was never clear that the error was intentional. Also added that Bill Greene is excellent to work with. Given what I encountered its still a very good review. I cannot give the highest marks for pricing when I paid MSRP for an unwind, even though part of that might be due to cash-for-clunkers and that the Prius is in high demand. Price is still price. The reason I posted this is not to slam you guys for a mistake, but to give credit where credit is due. Issues will always arise, you made good to solve it. That's as good a review as anything. I would return to buy from your dealership and have already recommended it to a friend (although I just found out she found her Prius 4 at Santa Monica) best, mdp
