Jeremy Gattenby is a rock star! I've had a very hard time deciding what kind of truck I need and what I can afford. My head was spinning from all the information that's out there. I've visited several dealerships and sales people and no one seemed that interested. Jeremy sat down with me and we had a very thorough discussion. He was able to understand my needs and my budget. Jeremy found me a truck that is awesome! It checks off everything on my list and much more. He is so pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I've had so many compliments on my truck; all my family and friends know what a hard journey this has been finding my ideal truck. He made the transaction very easy and now, after 3 years of being "truckless" I can haul my horse and start competing again. That means the world to me. Jeremy helped through the entire process and was there to hand me my keys. This truck is an older, used truck in excellent condition. When I'm ready to upgrade I won't hesitate to contact Jeremy. And, I will recommend him to everyone who is remotely interested in purchasing a vehicle. I am confident he will take good care of them. Solid Experience, no pressure I had been to the dealership a few times over the course of the year, looking at the Ford Transit Connect, and worked with Jeremy every time. He made me feel comfortable, never asked me to sit down and look at numbers (one way they dealers try to hook you), and just wanted to make sure I found what I was looking for (he also came in on his day off to sign papers). After I decided on the car, the sales process took maybe an hour or two tops. I also had a very pleasant follow-up call from a lady at the dealership about 2 weeks after purchase.
