In the end, we did prefer them and felt comfortable returning to David to place our order. His easy and personal demeanor made the interraction feel more like a conversation than a sales transaction. We placed our final order with Sage Bass. He too took time with us and was very helpful in all aspects of the transaction. He offered optional products and gave the pros and cons of each - he didn't try to sell us things that we wouldn't need. We did take him up on a few of those offers. Sage was very friendly and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him for help or assistance in the future. More

I had come in to Keizer store a couple of months earlier and couldn't make a deal he spent at least 2 and a half hours with me on that day. I told him to follow up with me on July 9th which he did. It was perfect as I had a way to buy a truck. he spent another 2 hours while I made up my mind and then Sage and Walt worked with me and got me in to the truck I wanted. I have bought 10 new vehicles since moving to Oregon this experience was the best by far. I bought a 2005 mustang GT from that store but this is still by far the best experience. We got a good price quote in Portland but wanted to buy local if we could. I stopped by the lot on Mission St. to look at a truck and met Larry Rutter the salesman. That is where our great experience began! I told Larry the specs on the truck that we were interested in and he said he would check his inventory. He called me that evening with some options to come and look at. Larry met us at the lot on commercial the next afternoon and showed us an f150. We took it for a test drive and decided to purchase it if they could beat the price we were quoted in Portland. I told Larry that "I didn't want to haggle on price, just give us the best price they could" They were 300.00 less than Portland! We appreciated the "no pressure" demeanor of Larry as well as the effort he made to listen and find the truck we wanted! We will send our friends to Larry if they are looking for a good deal on a vehicle and a great experience! More
