Hands Down the BEST Car Buying Experience Ever! We drove down to Skyline Ford from Tacoma, WA. They had a vehicle there that my husband absolutely loved so we decided to make the 3 hour drive. When we arrived at the dealership we noticed the vehicle we wanted to looked at was parked on the side of the dealership. We went into the dealership and as we were walking back out, Jeremy greeted us to ask if we had been helped. We told him we had not been helped and that we were interested in the 2005 Excursion that was parked on the side. He said he would locate the keys for us and pull it up front as it just so happened to be pouring rain. We took it out for a test drive and made the decision to purchase it. Jeremy did an amazing job walking us through the paperwork process. It just so happened that there was another person trying to purchase the same vehicle as we were at the same time which was a little stressful for us, but Jeremy assured us that our deal was first and he would see it through to the very end. We had our 3 and 5 year old with us and the entire staff at Skyline was so understanding and handled their presence amazingly. We were there for a little over 2.5 hours and never once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Jeremy was very upfront with us about every aspect of our purchase and just all around amazing. Everyone at Skyline Ford just made us feel like "part of the family." We are military so we move around A LOT, but I would buy from them again in the future and would highly recommend them! More

He was very polite, never pushy, and wanted us to get exactly what we wanted. After taking a test drive and looking at a couple of models, we quickly narrowed it down including color and price range. Later that afternoon Jeremy called us at home to say that a car would be arriving at the dealership in 30 minutes that should be what we are looking for. It was, and we drove it home that afternoon.
