Ben continually was unorganized and had told me that I would get my car on a certain day however he did not order the part therefore I did not get my car until two weeks after I brought it in. It was a routine service. I asked the technician NOT to rotate the tires as they are newly purchased elsewhere and were just rotated by the tire dealership. When it was finished the technician came to tell me. He told me my air cleaner was dirty. I think he should have come to tell me about the air cleaner BEFORE completing the job to see if I wanted it done. They had already taken my truck outside and parked it for me to claim. Because they asked the question after-the-fact, they had to go get my truck out of the lot and take it back into the shop to do the air cleaner! Makes no sense to me. After I got home I reviewed the work order. I noted the box next to 'tire rotation' was checked! So I called Ben Wade. The call went to voicemail. I asked him if he had indeed rotated the tires or was the work order incorrect. 24 hours later I did not receive a return call. I called again and left another message on his voicemail. After several hours having not received a call, I called again and told the person who answered not to transfer me to his voicemail again as he wasn't returning my calls. This time she paged him and he picked up my call. He made a couple of excuses why he hadn't called me back, then said he did not rotate the tires. Ok, that was the right answer, but do I trust it? I have no choice, but do I trust it? More
