For the most part I think the dealership is standard for this type of business. Your service department is all I have interacted with. And the issues I have dealt with are primarily those of the corporate e this type of business. Your service department is all I have interacted with. And the issues I have dealt with are primarily those of the corporate entity not fixing a problem that has existed with the F-150s for several years. I use your shuttle service and it is very good. The one downside I have with your service is Devon one of your service people that greet you when you drive in. I have asked him to get information for me from corporate and he did not reply to my request and after a phone call to him Weeks Later he never replied to that either. It just seems as he is not interested in really helping me with my service problem More
