The service department answered lots of our questions and helped with our problem. We told them we would not forget all the help and when it was time we would be back to buy a car. And we did come back. We met Norm and he was so friendly and helpful. We were going to buy a used car but could not find what we wanted. Norm asked us if we would be interested in a lease. Never leasing before we said no, don't think so. But Norm explained the lease to us and all the options we could have and get a new car and get the red car I wanted.I have never had a new car. Norm is a smart man. Walt and Sage were very helpful through this process also. We now are driving a new Ford Escape Titanium and loving it.
