We had a very pleasant buying experience at Honda of Bartlesville. Jason Carter was very helpful, took his time and showed us the features of two models (Odyssey and Pilot). No pressure whatsoever. It was like buying a car from family, and to me, it actually was. I was in an accident and commute to Tulsa from Bartlesville for work every day. Transportation is more than important, it is a MUST. My previous car was totaled, and even though I had a rental car, I was going to need reliable transportation very soon. Knowing that Honda of Bartlesville was the best option in town, I logged onto their web site, and found a rare treat: they had a car with a manual transmission on their lot! I used the simple online form to send a pre approval, and gave them a call. I let them know the pre approval was on the way, and told David what car I was interested in. A short time later, he called me back and we made an appointment. I drove the rental car, packed with all my belongings from my old car, to the dealership, and was introduced to Jason. Jason treated me like I was his long lost brother. Very laid back, absolutely zero sales pressure, and his knowledge of the Honda lineup was amazing. We went for a drive in the 6 speed Civic I was interested in, and he demonstrated the newer technology and safety features that Honda has to offer. He listened to my questions, never talked over me, and let me be myself. He did not rush the process, letting me get comfortable in the car, and let me adjust it, and get a feel for my new commuter. I fell in love with the car. We came back to Jason's desk, and David made it a point to come shake my hand. Josh then met me in his office to go over financing options, and got me set up with a phenomenal warranty since I drive so many miles. As I told him: they make this process extremely easy. Jason then allowed me to move all my stuff into my new Honda. He went over all the features one more time, to make sure I was comfortable and ready to rock. Lastly, he even followed me to Enterprise so I could drop off my rental and head home in my new car! He was happy to do so, and assured me that I could contact him any time with questions about the new Honda. While I have known these guys for years, having worked with them, and having them service my other cars, I have never bought a new vehicle from them. I will never go anywhere else. I feel like part of the family. Yes, the car is amazing and I love it. But it's the people you buy from. More
