Terrible My son is in the Air Force took his car there they tried to charge him over $10,000 to fix his car which is over blue book and over three times as muc My son is in the Air Force took his car there they tried to charge him over $10,000 to fix his car which is over blue book and over three times as much as any other Toyota dealership quoted. They definitely were trying to take advantage of him More

Bad customer service I brought my car here for service. Herb texted me immediately & told me I could text to get updates. I texted asking for an update numerous times with I brought my car here for service. Herb texted me immediately & told me I could text to get updates. I texted asking for an update numerous times with no response. What’s the purpose of giving s # to text if you don’t respond? I also called numerous times & could not reach him. Why is he the only person who can help me? Very poor communication. My car was brought in for struts & he’s now telling me it doesn’t need them. My car is making a rattling noise & he tells me it’s not. I drive the car every day & can clearly hear the noise, as have others riding in my car. This dealership does not seem to want to honor warranties, I’ve also left two messages for Rich the service manager & never received a return call. More

Good, pleasant, helpful,questions answered. Salesman ,Ben was very helpful . Was able to answer my questions. Showed me 4 different cars. He pleasant, knowledgable and patient. Good and bad Went to change tires and no Toyota wheel lock socket. In that I have never used, it was likely used by dealer and never replaced however couldn’t know Went to change tires and no Toyota wheel lock socket. In that I have never used, it was likely used by dealer and never replaced however couldn’t know when and where. Went to dealer ((with car) and part dept examined and sold socket for 20.00. Car on lift at tire store and the socket was the wrong one Back to dealer to get correct socket and parts said they thought it might have been wrong. If that was the case they why not pop hubcap and check. I did exchange for correct socket but was no apology for wrong part and wasted time. I understand things happen but a “sorry” isn’t too much to ask. I was going to rate a 2-3 but the service advisors are efficient and friendly and warrant a 5. Averaged out at a 4 rating but there is room for improvement More

Very pleasant to deal with I had bought my car several months back. First time from Sloane. Rob Fox has made a point each time I visited for scheduled service, to say hello and I had bought my car several months back. First time from Sloane.
