THIS IS MY SECOND TOYOTA SUV. EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE VEHICLE. I HAVE CHOSEN THE HIGHLANDER HYBRID AND I HOPE THAT I WILL HAVE AS MUCH SUCCESS WITH THIS CAR AS I HAD WITH MY OTHER ONE. I am not one who enjoys going to the car dealership…. In fact I despise all car salesmen. However, I was put in a situation with an ex boyfriend who had a car under my name and was not holding up his end of fact I despise all car salesmen. However, I was put in a situation with an ex boyfriend who had a car under my name and was not holding up his end of the bargain. I needed to get out of the situation fast. Mike Campisi was the man. I had met Mike in 2009 when my ex-boyfriend and I purchase a 2006 Camry; one year later I was back. I explain to Mike the situation and without any hesitation Mike took on the crisis like if he knew me all my life. I can say although I am not an expert on dealership lingo, I had a clear understanding of what I was signing. This year I trade-in my 96 I would like to take this moment to commend and applaud one of Champion Caring Car Salesman, Mike Campisi. This year I trade-in my 96 4Runner & purchased a Certified Used Toyota Truck. Mike Campisis and his Service Manager, Ray Hildenbrand manged to move a vehicle from one dealership to theirs to work on the sales & improving customer/dealer relationship. I met with Mike Campisis to discus our issues and my concerns. Mike and Ray made my wife and I feel like one of the family. They could not do enough to see that we were happy with our final purhcase. Even when there were some challeneges with the truck initlally, they worked closely with their Key GM Leadership, Jeff Lish, to assure that the realtionship was as important as the sale. They even offered to take the vehcile back if we were not satified over the next few weeks. That shows they are going above and beyond other dealerships to exceed expectations. Mr. Campisi was professional, well-spoken and showed us great respect and concern. Mike worked with us to better understand our needs and what Champion can offer. He showed sincerity and politness throughout the entire process. Mike, Rich and Jeff represented Champion Toyota Company in an exemplary and positive way. This personal touch will always be better way to do business and build a solid future sales base. They deleiver what they promised. They are all to be commeded for a job well done and kudos for showing the human side of the sale business. I walked into the showroom not sure of the kind of vehicle I wanted. The salesman made me feel comfortable and he helped educated me about the cars I was considering. Was interested in purchasing a used 2008 Toyota 4Runner that I saw advertised on Cars.com. I called at 9:00 AM to see if the car was still available. Salesman said, "Yes, come on over and you can test driv that I saw advertised on Cars.com. I called at 9:00 AM to see if the car was still available. Salesman said, "Yes, come on over and you can test drive". I drove an hour to the dealership that is located on Cottman Ave., test drove the car and was ready to make the deal. Sam, the used car manager came out and said, "Sorry, you can't buy the car. So and so from Pittsburgh was promised the car last night." I was ready to buy the car. Needless to say, a devoted Toyota customer, about to purchase his 6th Toyota left the dealership pretty frustrated. If you are reading this review, make sure you call and get all the facts before visiting this dealership. They are pretty unorganized. Also, I learned today that the Car fax report can be replaced by the dealer if they "re-certify" the vehicle. What I read in the report said the dealer owned the car since putting it into service in December 2008. That was a lie. The car was received as a trade-in for a RAV4. If you think you are getting the true history of the vehicle, think again. The dealer is allowed to "replace" the report for Toyota certified vehicles. The salesman played pretty dumb when I confronted him about the carfax report. I hope you have a better experience than I did. More

What I can say is that in the beginning they charge you very low prices for services but if you keep coming regularly they will increase the prices and also try push unneeded services. They are only good for the first 1 or 2 years of service for your new car. Beyond that they get very expensive. Also they charge you for things they don't do. Things like alignment and tire rotation. Make sure you mark your tires to verify. Alignment is something you will have to check on a flat road. They push things not included in the manufactures's service guide. The new facility has no view of the garages where you car gets repaired. You have no idea what they did or didn't do. Yes they are friendly but they are expensive in the long run. They do the work good. Never had problems there. Just some work was never done and I was charged for it. Also waits can be quite long. Recently waited 3 hours in there. Find yourself a good indepedent mechanic and watch your car being repaired if possible. More
