This is my fifth visit to Smithtown Acura, and I have been extremely satisfied each time. I have had other dealers overfill the crankcase when changing the oil and filter. My understanding is that when the engine is overfilled with oil; it causes the oil to foam, thereby reducing the lubricating effectiveness of the oil and potentially damaging the engine's moving parts. Very seriously, I appreciate this, because I do not have drain the excess oil from the crankcase. More

I brought my Acura TL in for a check engine light and a no start on Monday, July 25, 2011. Kenny Darmanin went out of his way to be sure I had a loaner so that I was not without a car, called and detailed no start on Monday, July 25, 2011. Kenny Darmanin went out of his way to be sure I had a loaner so that I was not without a car, called and detailed out the problems with my vehicle so that I would know what the issue was and went out of his way to be sure that I was completely satisfied. On top of his professionalism, he was very courteus. I recently had a discoloration on my rear passenger seat and the Service Manager went out of his way to get the seat replaced or repaired for me at no charge.
