The choice we were making was between a Honda CR-V and the RAV-4. After visiting a couple of dealers, both Toyota and Honda, we were ready to quit the search. We were just not happy with the sales people or the answers we were getting in response to our questions. If you are going to sell a car, know about the product you are selling. Then we decided to go to Smithtown Toyota. A little farther away from where we live, but a family member had bought a car from them and had a great experience. So, we went there. Everybody we met were very helpful. Ben Zimmet is the person that we talked to. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to explain all the features. He is straightforward and we felt very comfortable talking to him. We took a test drive in a couple of vehicles. In the end, we liked the car and liked dealing with Ben. I believe we got a fair deal, and would not hesitate to go back to Smithtown Toyota for our next vehicle. More

Has every gadget imaginable; lane change warning, heated seats and steering wheel, start A/C from my remote so I can get into a cool car, side view mirror warmer and dozens of other features, but you get my point. AND my salesperson, Meghan Dwyer, could not have been more helpful and friendly. AND, best of all for doing local errands I am getting 68.5 MPG. The posted was about 53 MPG but that would include using gas on long trips. after the battery runs down. In addition, I will get 2 years of free oil changes, courtesy pickup and drop off for service and lifetime of free NY State inspections. More
