I had a very bad experience at Toyota of Smithtown 5/19/26 financing process was extremely misleading and frustrating. We were quoted one price when we walked in but by the time everything was finishe 5/19/26 financing process was extremely misleading and frustrating. We were quoted one price when we walked in but by the time everything was finished, the numbers had changed dramatically the finance manager, John pressure doesn’t into putting less money down which caused the interest charges in total amount finance to become much higher than expected important details about how much interest would be added to the total cost were not clearly explained. I left feeling deceived and taken advantage of I also contacted Toyota to motor corporation and felt that nothing was done to address the situation. Buyer should review every single number carefully before signing anything and do not let anyone pressure you into changing your financial decisions Richard O’Connor customer 5/19/26.
