We were thoroughly impressed with the customer service received. Jasmine went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly, as our daughter attends college at Stony Brook University and having a car break down during finals could have been a very stressful experience for our family. We were very worried she wouldn't be able to drive home for the holidays but Jasmine assured us she would get the car fixed in time. Jasmine was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, and she made the entire experience not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter someone who is so patient, professional, and truly invested in helping a customer, and Jasmine absolutely exceeded my expectations.
