Adam rules. I leased my last VW in mid 2024. Two weeks ago I got into an accident with the whole family on a trip, and the car was deemed totaled (everyone wa I leased my last VW in mid 2024. I went back to my original dealer in Huntington, to try to basically replace what I had lost and they not only showed zero empathy/sympathy to the situation, they tried to push me on a lesser model at a higher price than what I was paying now, but most disappointing, had zero desire to make a deal happen; same goes for West Islip VW. I continued looking for the car, and (luckily) got connected to Adam at Smithtown. Immediately, I knew that Adam was not like other sales people. Adam genuinely understood my situation and fought tooth & nail to make the numbers work, being transparent and honest through the entire process. For an industry that's focused on sales, numbers and quotas, it was so refreshing to have Adam as a salesperson make this the smoothest transaction I have ever had from his general approach to clients. Couldn't recommend Adam more. More

The most important parts of purchasing a car is quality in the car and quality of the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. The purchase part of a sale is only a moment however the relationship with the Service department c in the car and quality of the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. When i say that it’s been a very long time since i have experienced this level of communication from a Car’s Service Department i mean it. I feel valued and most importantly seen. The staff at Smithtown Volkswagen Service department is TOP NOTCH. The reason i agreed to consider the purchase in the first place were the YELP reviews on Noah Reed’s experiences and boy they did not lie. He is spectacular!
