Wonderful Experience I was in the market for a new SUV and visited three places, Volvo, Subaru and Volkswagen. The first two didn't even give the time or day, no approach, I was in the market for a new SUV and visited three places, Volvo, Subaru and Volkswagen. The first two didn't even give the time or day, no approach, no hello and I guess because of my shirt and jeans they felt I could not afford their cars. So sad for them, never judge a book by its cover, lets just say yes we can afford your car six times over! Then I went to Volkswagen, and immediately Scott came up to me and introduced himself, asked me what I was looking for, educated me on their cars and offered me a test drive. The whole team was respectful and didn't BS on pricing and what they can or cannot do for me. I appreciate the approach. I walked out that day with a beautiful Atlas SE RLine. Incomplete service I went in for an oil change. Since I didn’t need it, I was told there was a notice for a filter to be installed / changed. I was also told that all my I went in for an oil change. Since I didn’t need it, I was told there was a notice for a filter to be installed / changed. I was also told that all my fluids would be checked and topped off. I said oh, good because I need windshield washer fluid. The light is on. Well, I didn’t get the washer fluid. I did notice the light still on before I let but I thought it just needs to be reset; why didn’t they rest it? Makes me wonder what else wasn’t done. More
