Smithtown Volkswagen - Excellent Customer Service My Wife & I went to a lot of different car dealerships and none of them compared to the experience we received at Smithtown Volkswagen. Aaron & Sal s My Wife & I went to a lot of different car dealerships and none of them compared to the experience we received at Smithtown Volkswagen. Aaron & Sal spent time with us and Aaron gave us a test drive. Sal was prompt with his follow-up. Both Aaron and Sal’s customer service was excellent and that is why in the end we gave them the sale. We could have gone to the Volkswagen that is a block away from our house but we went with Smithtown Volkswagen that is about 20 miles away.
